Curing

90% Curing Efficiency Compound

A resin based compound to protect freshly placed or formwork cast concrete from excessive water loss during the critical hardening and curing period. Gives a curing efficiency of not less than 90%. Can be supplied clear or with a fugitive dye to assist in application. Will disperse within a few weeks of concreting by general weathering.

75% Curing Efficiency Compound

An aqueous solution of metallic silicates which form crystalline pore filling salts within the concrete surface. Once formed they reduce the loss of moisture and have the additional advantage of a surface hardening effect.
