A large number of computer driven electrowelding machines enables Cavatorta to offer a wide range of meshes that are characterised by the precision and strength of the welding points and the accuracy of the mesh sizes.



Galvafort Process:

The heavy galvanizing process developed by Cavatorta assures:
  • A uniform and smooth zinc coating.
  • The highest adherence of zinc on the steel wire (even a 180º fold does not damage the coating).
  • A zinc coating fairly above BS443.

  MASTERPLAX

  • Electrowelded wire mesh PVC coated by Cavatorta's "GALVAPLAX PROCESS".
  • Line wires:
        Outside dia. 3.0mm.
        Inside dia. 2.5mm.
        Tensile strength: (450 - 550 Nwt/mm²).
  • Cross wires:

    •     Outside dia. 2.5mm.
        Inside dia. 2.0mm.
        Tensile strength: (650 - 700 Nwt/mm²).
  • Colour: Dark Green.
  • Packing: In rolls of min. 25m, shrink wrapped, with cardboard end caps on pallets.
  • USES: Garden, industry, municipal parks and sports area fencing.
  • GUARANTEE: For 10 years against corrosion.

The higher tensile strength of the vertical wires combined with thicker horizontal wires and closed mesh disposal provide MASTERPLAX with an ideal combination of flexibility, stability and tensioning, thus enabling MASTERPLAX to fit applications where only thick chainlink fences were used, i.e. fencing of tennis and sport areas.

  REPLAX T-70

  • Chainlink fencing produced with high tensile strength galvanized wire, PVC coated.
  • Diameter of wire:

        Inside dia. 2.24mm.
  • Mesh size 50 x 50mm.

NODAFORT Multifunctional Fencing
The higher tensile strength of the line wires ensure an excellent tension to the fence when erected. NODAFORT is available in several heights and is therefore an ideal solution for many varied fencing applications.
  TREFORT

  • Hexagonal mesh galvanized after weaving by Cavatorta's "GALVAFORT PROCESS".
  • Mesh sizes: 13 - 20 - 25 - 40 - 50mm.
  • Wire diameters: 0.7 - 0.8 - 0.9 - 1.0mm.
  • Packaging: In rolls of min. 10, 25 and 50m on pallets.
  • USES: Farm fencing, aviary manufacture, protection of trees and insulation.
